Do I have to register before ordering?

An account is required for online ordering. If you'd like to sign up for an account, please fill out our online registration form and our customer service team will be in touch.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Order by 3PM EST and we will ship the same day.

Do you deliver to my area?

We ship to Canada and the continental US on a daily basis. Please contact us for other international shipping options.

My Account

How do I manage my account details and contact information?

Use My Account page to manage all Derusha Supply orders and to change contact information.

Log in to My Account and you can:

• Edit Account - Change password and update email address.
• See Order History - Review past orders dating back to when your account was first opened.
• Review Orders - Access details for any order placed online, or by phone/email.
• Review Quotes - Access quotes that were requested through the website.

Call our team at 1-800-567-2778 as soon as possible and tell them you want to cancel a web order.

How do I change my preferred language?

Sign in to your account and then:

1. Choose Manage Account in the top right corner
2. You'll be take to your account
3. Choose your profile icon
4. Choose Language
5. Select the language of your choice; for example French

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

Navigate to the Account Retrieval page and follow the instructions to set a new password for your account.
